54 Filmfare Awards 2009 were Film Unfair Awards

The 54 Filmfare Awards 2009 considered to be the most prestigious award in Bollywood industry, with each passing year they are becoming unfair awards. Despite of this Star Screen Awards is gaining credibility in terms of giving awards to people who really matter. Let's have a look at the aspects of Filmfare Awards 2009, which made the awards look unfair:

A movie with much caliber 'A Wednesday' did not win a single Filmfare award; despite the fact that the film had a original story. The best male singer award which went to Sukhvinder Singh for 'Haule Haule' was a suspect. Songs like 'Zara Si dil mei' from K.K for Jannat, 'Pehli Nazar' from Atif Aslam for Race and 'Kabhi Kabhi Aditi' from Rashid Ali for Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na were far more popular in terms of music and singing but were not even noticed.

Most popular performances were given by SRK in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Aamir Khan in Ghajini. Both of them saved the industry from incurring huge losses at recession. But Hrithik Roshan was awarded the best actor award. Was it a fair poll?
