58th National Film Awards

The 58th National Film Awards is one of the best awards night in the Hindi film fraternity. It is presented to the best of Indian Cinemas released during the year 2010. 58th National Film Awards has been announced on Thursday. It has been speculated from the close sources that bollywwood movie Daggang bagged the National Film Award for being last year's most popular film left behind the good bollywood movies, Chulbul Pandey and his funny moves has impressed everyone and held to won the award. Vishal Bharadwaj's Ishquiya's music were rated the best among many and grab the National Award.

The Malyalam film Adaminte Makan Abu (Abu, son of Adam) which was voted as the Best Film Award fot the year 2010 which indirectly indicates that the awards trend shifting back from the popular to art-house cinema. The Salim (Adaminte Makan Abu's) actor was playing comical roles was very impressive with his brilliant serious role which helped him in bagging the best actor award this year. He shared his award with Dhanush (Aadukalam), son-in-law of Rajinikanth, for his raw, nuanced portrayal of a cocky young man who learns lessons about life the hard way. It has been speculated that the best film on social issue goes to 'Champions' and the Best English Film bagged by 'Memories in March', Best Art
